14 vítimas mortais e 27 feridos graves até ao domingo de Páscoa

Entre 6 e 9 de abril, foram fiscalizados mais de 25 mil condutores.
De 6 a 9 de abril, no âmbito da Operação “Páscoa 2023”, a Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) registou 802 acidentes rodoviários, de onde resultaram 14 vítimas mortais e 27 feridos graves.
Dos 25 204 condutores fiscalizados, 362 conduziam com excesso de álcool e 227 foram detidos por conduzirem com uma taxa de álcool no sangue igual ou superior a 1,2 g/l.
85 pessoas foram ainda detidas por conduzirem sem habilitação legal.
Das 4 565 contraordenações rodoviárias registadas, 2 679 ocorreram por excesso de velocidade; 384 por falta de inspeção periódica obrigatória; 123 por anomalias nos sistemas de iluminação e sinalização; 130 por uso indevido do telemóvel na condução; 239 por falta ou incorreta utilização do cinto de segurança e/ou sistema de retenção para crianças e 157 por falta de seguro de responsabilidade civil obrigatório.
